Uhl, Fitzsimons, Jewett & Burton, PLLC, Welcomes Harry W. Wolff, Jr.

We are pleased to announce that the firm name has been changed to Uhl, Fitzsimons, Jewett, Burton & Wolff, PLLC, as we add an estate and business planning practice and welcome our new partners, Harry W. Wolff, Jr., and Harry W. Wolff III.

Our goal at UFJB&W has always been to provide the best legal representation possible to our clients, and now with the addition of the Wolffs we are able to offer a wider range of services to complement our real estate and oil and gas practices. Harry Wolff, Jr., brings over 35 years of experience to the practice in advising clients on estate planning and probate issues, federal transfer tax matters and controversies, asset protection and private wealth planning, business succession planning, and nonprofit formation and governance issues. Harry Wolff III, who joined the firm in March, focuses on the same practice area. Formerly with Dykema Cox Smith, this father and son team are a valuable addition to our firm.
