Partners Trace Burton and Ezra Johnson presented at the State Bar of Texas’ 33rd Annual Advanced Oil, Gas & Energy Resources Law Course on October 1-2 in Houston, Texas. Trace spoke on the topic of “Interpreting Royalty Reservations” and Ezra spoke on the topic of “The Executive’s Duty to the Non-Executive Interest.”
