Parks Brown, formerly an associate with Uhl Fitzsimons, was promoted to partner effective April 1, 2020. Parks has been with Uhl Fitzsimons since 2013. Parks is Board Certified in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Since coming to the firm, Parks has served as a valuable resource for clients in oil and gas matters, conservation easements, solar and wind leases, water law and real estate transactions.
