Ezra Johnson will be presenting at the TexasBarCLE Oil and Gas Disputes Course at the Hilton Houston Westchase on January 11, 2019 on the subject of “Governmental Authority” and Retained Acreage Disputes. His presentation will include a discussion on disputes that arise between oil and gas lessors and lessees when governmental spacing and density regulations are incorporated into mineral leases.
