Robert Park and F. Parks Brown have been recognized in the Rising Stars 2021 issue of Texas Super Lawyers Magazine as 2021 Texas Rising Stars in Energy and Natural Resources Law.  This is Parks Brown’s fourth year to be recognized as a Rising Star.  This is Robert Park’s eighth consecutive year as a Rising Star. Parks Brown published an article with the Section Report for the Oil, Gas and Energy Resources Law Section of the Texas State Bar on the topic of “Solar Leasing from the Landowner’s Perspective.”  The Oil, Gas and Energy Resources Law Section of the State Bar of Texas publishes a quarterly Section Report for all Section members. F. Parks Brown and Ryan M. Lammert passed the Texas Board of Legal Specialization (TBLS) exam and are now Board Certified in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law. They join the other seven Board Certified attorneys and one Board Certified paralegal at Uhl Fitzsimons and we are very proud of their great achievement.
