Trace Burton was appointed to the Unclaimed Mineral Proceeds Commission by Governor Rick Perry pursuant to HB 724, 83rd Legislature, Regular Session. The Commission will study unclaimed land grant mineral proceeds, and issue a final report on the amount of unclaimed original land grant mineral proceeds delivered to the State Comptroller, if any, that remain unclaimed on December 1, 2014.
