Arthur Uhl and Joseph Fitzsimons, both Directors with the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association, attended the TSCRA Fall Membership Meeting in Dallas, Texas, on September 25-27, 2013.
Partner Joseph B.C. Fitzsimons, joined by Attorney Steve Small and Texas Agricultural Land Trust CEO Blair Fitzsimons, spoke on representing land and mineral owners where oil and gas development must coexist with conservation easements at The National Land Conservation Conference "Rally 2013", on September 17-19, 2013 in New Orleans, Louisiana.
The partners of Uhl, Fitzsimons, Jewett & Burton, PLLC, were highlighted in a recent San Antonio Business Journal article, "Renegotiating the Shale". The article focused on the rights of property owners as they negotiate and renegotiate their oil and gas leases, in order to better address surface use issues, continuing mineral development and royalty payments.
