Siena Magallanes

Siena Magallanes is an Associate Attorney with the firm’s litigation practice group. Siena is well-experienced in handling a variety of civil litigation matters, including complex commercial and property disputes.  A proud South Texas native and fluent Spanish speaker, Siena brings a unique perspective to her work.

Siena is a double graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where she earned both her undergraduate and law degrees. Since then, she has built her legal career litigating cases in state and federal courts on behalf of both individual and corporate clients across a wide range of industries. Her experience includes drafting and arguing complex motions, appearance at trial, and advising clients on regulatory and liability matters.

Whether she’s preparing a case for trial, advising clients on nuanced legal strategies, or representing a client at mediation, Siena’s approach is consistently thoughtful, tenacious, and solution-oriented.
