Biography

Chris DeWitt represents landowners, developers, and investors in the negotiation, acquisition, development, leasing, and financing in all areas of commercial real estate law, including farm and ranch land. Prior to joining Uhl Fitzsimons, Chris worked as an Oil and Gas title attorney and escrow officer in San Antonio handling the closing of residential, commercial, and farm and ranch transactions.

Born and raised in San Antonio, Chris received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He then earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude.

  • Representation of landowners in the negotiation of purchase option contracts for renewable energy development projects.
