Biography

Carly Kidner represents landowners and mineral owners in the negotiation and management of oil and gas leases, solar leases, wind leases, pipeline easements, surface use agreements, and related land use contracts. She graduated with highest honor from the University of Tulsa College of Law where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Energy Law Journal and President of the Resources, Energy, and Environmental Law Society. She has a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Energy and Natural Resources Law. Prior to joining the firm, Carly practiced at an Am Law 50 firm with a focus on transactions in financing, selling, acquiring and developing energy and infrastructure projects. She also has prior experience in administrative litigation and federal and state regulation of liquids and natural gas pipelines.
