Biography
Harry W. Wolff III counsels clients on a full range of legal issues related to taxation, business planning and succession, estate planning and probate. He focuses his practice on sophisticated estate and business succession planning for high net-worth individuals, families and land owners, and has extensive experience in the preparation and filing of transfer tax returns and the formation, operation and governance of closely held businesses and nonprofit organizations. He also advises clients on general tax planning, business succession planning for closely held businesses, reporting, and compliance matters.

Representative Experience
- Prepares wills, trust agreements and other estate planning and incapacity planning documents for individuals and families.
- Assists clients in all areas of wealth transfer planning, including estate and gift tax planning, income tax planning, tax compliance, and the succession of family owned businesses and charitable planning.
- Advises clients regarding asset protection issues, including the formation and operation of limited partnerships and limited liability companies, pre and post marital agreements, and the creation of asset protection trusts.
- Represents corporate and individual fiduciaries in all areas of probate and estate administration, including the preparation of federal estate and gift tax returns.
- Represents clients in connection with disputes concerning Federal transfer taxes.
