Biography
Clint Prather represents landowners, mineral owners, and royalty interest owners in energy and real property disputes before Texas district courts and state agencies, including the Railroad Commission of Texas. Clint also represents landowners in the negotiation of land and mineral contracts such as oil and gas leases, pipeline easements, and surface use agreements.
Clint holds degrees from St. Mary’s University School of Law (JD) and The University of Texas at San Antonio (BA). Prior to joining the firm in March 2022, Clint worked at single family office where he assisted with the management of land and minerals in multiple regions of Texas, including regulatory compliance, oil and gas lease management, environmental matters, and surface remediation and restoration.
